Background & Career

As a seasoned ex professional footballer with a successful 13-year career that spanned across seven different countries. I’ve gained invaluable experience in diverse footballing environments across Europe, Asia, and beyond. This has shaped my deep understanding of the sport, from tactical nuances to the mental and physical demands placed on elite athletes.

In addition to my playing experience I’ve developed a comprehensive knowledge of sports nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery strategies, all of which are essential components for success with my clients and in top level sport .
