Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Aspire (the “Trainer”) and the Client (the “Client”). By signing up for training sessions, the Client agrees to the following:
1. Commitment
The Client agrees to give 100% commitment to all training and activities undertaken with Aspire Fitness.
Aspire (represented by David Williamson or other designated trainers) commits to providing 100% effort to help the Client achieve their desired goals.
2. Training Frequency
Aspire recommends the Client trains at least 1–2 times per week to achieve optimal results within a safe and reasonable timeframe. The specific schedule will be discussed and agreed upon with the Trainer.
3. Commitment Period
To achieve their desired health and fitness goals, the Client is expected to commit to a minimum training period of four months.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Sessions will not be cancelled but rescheduled when necessary, ensuring consistent progress toward the Client’s goals.
The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited.
5. Holidays and Absences
Clients are required to notify Aspire in advance of any holidays or planned absences. This allows the Trainer to plan sessions effectively to minimise disruptions.
Aspire will provide reasonable notice of any planned Trainer absences to ensure continuity of training.
6. Session Duration
Training sessions are approximately one hour long. Arriving late will reduce the session time to ensure subsequent clients are not disrupted.
7. Health and Safety
The initial fitness assessment and training plan will be explained to the Client before commencing.
The Client must inform the Trainer of any illnesses, injuries, or conditions that may affect their ability to exercise safely. The Client accepts full responsibility for their participation in training sessions and understands the risks involved in physical exercise.
The Client acknowledges that they may withdraw from training at any time if they feel it necessary.
8. Liability
Aspire is not liable for any injuries or adverse effects resulting from the Client’s participation in training sessions, provided the Trainer has acted with due care and professionalism.
